Time Frames

The time it takes our clients to get from where they are to the point where we can submit their package to our lenders depends on many things and can range anywhere from a couple of weeks to several months.  Most commonly, this process is slowed down when clients delay in submitting documentation needed for our internal file.  Time also has to be allowed for clients to complete incorporation paperwork, for Secretary of State offices to file them, for the IRS to register a Tax-ID/EIN, and for Dun&Bradstreet to create and update a Duns Number and Paydex score.
